NOW A DAYS BOSS ATTITUDE
As the Economic Crisis are hitting the economy of all countries. Some of the Employer are exploiting the Employees like give them hard time and if they meet the target they are not appreciate them in term of bonus and salary raise.
this attitude degrade the employee and then that employee stop working hard and do the normal routine work which reflect in the organization growth later.
I think when you are a BOSS it mean that you are responsible for the all failures. you have to give your team tension free motivated environment so that they can work hard and convert the failures into successful.
Annual Assessment should not be done one the basis of one month in which employees are not meet the target etc. it should include the all the good job done also.
if this attitude is followed then there are hardly any employee what is come under blew average.
Sometime the employee get negative and start planing for getting revenge. which again lead the Boss personal or professional life miserable.
There are lot of people who are looking fair processes for work and benefits. but dew to Boss favoritism and political attitude they lead them to do something wrong frustratedly.
Some there must be a solution available to resolve or tackle that kind of issues.
